Thomas Goodwin (1600 – 1680) was an English Congregational pastor and theologian. He served as President of Magdalen College of the University of Oxford. Goodwin also served as chaplain to Oliver Cromwell. He was a member of the Westminster Assembly. Goodwin helped write the Savoy Declaration.
